These are lovely! I got one for myself and one for my husband. We both wear them around the house and they have been perfect for our cold winter. You can tell they are finely crafted and there is so much attention to detail in the stitching.

Simple, comfortable luxury…

I searched for the highest quality made hanten available and believe I've found it. The material is at least twice as thick as my previous version which lasted about 5 years of daily fall/winter/spring use. This one will even look great while wearing over a dress shirt on video calls.

We’ve stayed in a couple of high end Ryokan on Kyushu and were impressed with the pyjamas / loungewear provided. I’d spent a while looking to buy the same quality whilst in Japan but never found any. However these are as good if not better than the ones in the ryokan.
My wife is 5’2” with a generous chest so I ordered the small and they fit perfectly. She is over the moon with them.
Delivery is excellent - 36hrs from dispatch to arriving at the depot that is 18 miles away. It’s a pity it then took another 4 days to travel those 18 miles, but that’s is not the seller’s issue.
If you order in the UK you will get invoiced for 20% VAT by the courier at a later date, so treat the pice on the website as nett of VAT.

Shipping was very fast to Europe. The clothes are great quality, very comfortable. We ordered a size up and the set fits perfectly.

Best quality warm and cosy

I love this beautiful Yukiwa Hanten Padded Jacket very much. It's just wonderful to wear in the evenings here in Canada.
I highly recommend this well made and authentic Japanese design. Excellent quality and craftsmanship! My family loves it, and they think I look cute with the puffy large design on my small frame. I went out in the evening and there was a little sprinkle of rain, you can just brush off the rain drops and it dries quickly. I miss Japan very much; so I just love wearing clothing from Japan objects.

I am so glad I ordered the Futon Duvet to go with the Japanese Futon that I purchased previously. The Duvet is very soft and warm. It is beautiful too, and I admire the craftsmanship. Together, the Futon and Duvet keep me very comfortable on a cold winter night.

I purchased the kane gold jacket hoping it would coordinate with the saffron samue loungewear, and it’s a perfect match. The colors are more of an olive green; the elegant fabric has a raw silk look, crisp and nubby. The jacket is soft and warm. I’m impressed with the quality, workmanship, and finishing of these garments. I would buy the Yabane Black Hanten jacket if it becomes available.
