Taxes & Customs

Shipments from Japan may be subject to additional taxes and handling fees imposed by the customs authorities and mail carrier of your country and region. Such costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If an order is returned due to refusal to pay local taxes or customs duties, the full two-way shipping costs will be deducted from any refund.

Customs and import rules vary by country and region, so unfortunately we’re not able to estimate these in advance. The best way to be sure if any such charges will be applied is to check with your local customs authority. We’ve provided some helpful links below. We also include here some general information, although please note that these are subject to change, so it’s best to check with your local customs.
