退货申请条件
为确保每件商品的品质与卫生安全，退货需符合以下条件：
- 商品未曾使用，并维持原包装完整（含折叠、配件与标签）。

- 为维护卫生与品质，恕不接受耳环、床垫、被子、床单／被套、榻榻米垫等商品退货。
退货运费说明
- 商品退回之相关运费，将由顾客自行负担。
- 原始出货所产生的运费（未达免运条件之订单），将自退款中扣除。
- 若因原始订单商品瑕疵或损坏退货，则不需负担原始出货与退回运费。
如何申请退货？
- 收到退件後，經確認商品狀態為「未使用且無損壞」，我們將於 2 個工作天內完成退款處理（不含運費或關稅）。
- 请于收到商品后 30 天内与我们联系，我们将回覆并提供退货地址与寄送须知。
- 请将商品妥善折叠并放回原包装，以邮寄方式退回商品，并由顾客自行负担运费。

- 请务必在海关申报单上注明「Returned Item」，避免产生进口关税。若因未正确申报而产生费用，将由寄件人支付或从退款中扣除。

I bought this for my sister for Christmas. She absolutely loves it. The feel and weight of the cotton and the design of the kimono make it such a comfortable and beautiful piece to wear. She is a fabric artist and instructor so a compliment coming from her is genuine. She says it makes her feel so elegant!

This is perhaps the most beautiful thing I have ever ordered online, this far passed my expectations and I am very happy with my purchase. The quality of the fabric and workmanship is far beyond expectations, and the packaging and delivery all communicates quality. I would recommend.
I absolutely love Japanese culture but I’m an American with no Japanese background. When I bought this robe I was worried about two things: one, that the robe would be made in China and not authentically Japanese and, two, that it would be just like any other robe that I could buy in the US.
Japan Objects has exceeded my expectations! The robe is not too silky or an imitation like sold in the US. It does look and feel very much like a Japanese yukata. (At least, what I think one looks and feels like.) So much so that I ended up looking up tutorials on how to drape it properly. Best of all, it’s crafted in Japan so I’m supporting the culture and country that I admire! I am so glad I made this purchase and have the chance to experience just a small taste of Japan even from my living room.
The pattern on the robe is stunning, the fabric isn’t too silky like I was worried it would be, and there isn’t a single thread out of place. Definitely a great quality piece of clothing.
