    We've eliminated hidden fees by including all taxes and duties in the price for our customers in the USA, UK, EU, Japan, and Taiwan. The price you see at checkout is exactly what you'll pay, with no additional charges on delivery.

  • For all other countries:

    Depending on your country, local taxes or duties may be collected on delivery. These are set by local authorities and paid by the customer. We’re working to add more all-inclusive regions; meanwhile, see our Selected Countries guide.

  • If a package is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, the full cost of two-way shipping will be deducted from any refund.

  • Please note that for orders placed before Sep 1, taxes and duties in all countries were not included, and may be payable on arrival
