We ship to every country in the world direct from Tokyo, Japan.
We offer two shipping options: Express and Standard. Both options include tracking.
The fastest option is Express, which is sent by EMS (Express Mail Shipping) through Japan Post. This is a fast and reliable service to most countries and regions of the world within 3-7 working days.
The cheaper option is Standard. Your package will be sent by Registered Airmail through Japan Post. It usually takes between 7-14 working days for your package to arrive.
Shipping costs are based on weight and shipping option. You will be able to see the estimated cost in your cart. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
Shipments will be sent the same day or following business day after receiving your order.
The cheapest option is FREE! All orders over US$100 or equivalent (not including shipping fees) are eligible for free shipping. If you select Free Shipping at checkout, your order will be sent as a Standard shipment by Airmail.
Heavier shipments may be sent as more than one package.
Taxes & Customs
Shipments from Japan may be subject to additional taxes and handling fees imposed by the customs authorities and mail carrier of your country and region. Such costs are the responsibility of the customer. Find out more at Taxes & Customs.

As soon as your order has shipped we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Occasionally shipping delays can occur due to customs or other circumstances beyond our control. Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for such delays. Please check the status of your shipment using your tracking number by following the links above.
If you would like to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer no hassle returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Items must be returned unused and folded in the original packaging
- Discounted items are not eligible for free returns
- Shipping costs are not refundable
